Spray-dried coconut milk powder contains milk solids (fats, sugars, simple proteins). It disperses in Aqua to create a milky phase that enhances comfort and softness in both rinse-off and leave-on products. In bath soaks, and at low levels in emulsions, it adds a creamy, soft feel without greasiness. Because it contains natural sugars and fats, pre-sieving and pre-wetting (with glycerin/propanediol) help minimize clumping.

Benefits:

●       Gentle conditioning and soothing for the skin

●       Creamy, soft sensory in masks and bath products

●       Natural milky appearance with a light coconut aroma

●       Reduces post-cleansing tight feel

●       Plant-derived and easy to incorporate into formulas

How to use:

●  Emulsions (cream/lotion): sieve, then prepare as a glycerin paste; add in cool-down (≤ 45–50 °C) with mixing; fine-filter if an ultra-smooth texture is desired.

● Surfactant cleansers/shower gel: prepare as a paste and add in cool-down; adjust viscosity and clarity as needed.

●  Scrubs: use as a dry phase for “add-at-use” products, or at low levels while controlling moisture.

Recommended usage levels in skincare:

●       Powder masks/cleansing grains: 2–20%

●       Milk baths/soaks: 5–30%

●       Creams/lotions: 0.2–2%

●       Surfactant cleansers/shower gel: 0.5–3%

●       Soaps: 0.5–3% (use small amounts to maintain stability)

Solubility:

●       Dispersible in Aqua (forms a milky dispersion); not a true solution

●       Insoluble in oils; pre-wet with glycerin/propanediol before addition for smoother incorporation

Applications:

●       Powder and clay masks; powder cleansers

●       Milk baths and bath fizzies

●       Creamy facial/body cleansers and shower gels

●       Face and body creams/lotions (sensory booster at low levels)

●       Soaps

●       Sugar/salt scrubs (as a dry additive)

Storage:
Keep tightly closed in a clean Container, protected from light and moisture, at a moderate temperature (below 25 °C).
